Jim Stiner

I began selling car insurance in 1970 and then after reading, "The Billion Dollar Bookies" by Richard Shulman, "Money Dynamics" by Venita Van Caspel, and "Creative Selling" by Ben Feldman, I decided to wanted to become a financial planner, who specialized in selling life insurance, mutual funds, and annuities. In 1982, I read an article titled, "Why You Should Sell Trusts To Your Clients and began selling trust to many of my clients.

Since that time, I have conducted a lot of seminars on the evils of Probate, and have written four books on asset protection and probate avoidance.

In 1995, my mom died suddenly from internal bleeding. I had written a trust for her, but she died without signing it, so I had to go through Probate. I go into detail about the horrible experience we had with probate in, "Estate Planning Secrets Revealed "

I have lived in Overland Park Kansas most of my life, am in good health, and count my blessing every day.

I still enjoy helping people protect their assets and like to believe that I make a difference in their life.

I bought my first pocket calculator in 1978 and first computer in 1982. Since then, I have purchased a dozen computers and really enjoy anything to do with computers, including building websites. I currently have 11 websites on the Internet and 10 of them are on the first page of Google because I have a knack for search engine optimization and picking great names.

None of my sites are fancy or flash, but they get the job done, and I receive many compliments.
